Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues within 24 hours of receipt.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• Wrong products delivered (our error)
• Products with manufacturing defects
• Expired products delivered (subject to verification)

Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Note: Returns are not accepted for:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Special order items or customized products
• Products returned after the specified time period

8. Limitation of Liability
